Question 6

Question: I lift work out regularly and eat healthy but I can't seem to lose weight. Why?

Answer: Well Faye, I will assume you are a female, so I will respond accordingly. The first step is being honest with yourself. Clean the buffalo wing grease off the keyboard and type the REAL question, "I walk to the mailbox and sometimes get up to change channels on the TV set when I can't find the remote.
